It was a straightforward installation, worked perfectly.
Rails are solid for the hitch and no sign of rust/corrosion one year in. Installation is moderately difficult but the kit includes everything needed, even the bond breaker to place between aluminum body and steel parts that prevents corrosion.

I had some buddies come over to help me install it and it was a big help. It’s a little bit of a challenge and it certainly a lot easier to have someone in the truck bed to hold the bolts down. I would also recommend getting a skinny teenager with long arms to get the hardware attached under the DEF tank. Overall the kit fit nicely on 2017 ford F250.
Installation guid had to be downloaded but once we had that installation was a success. It's not easy but that's the nature of this work. The quality of this product were evident every step. I feel secure and safe pulling my 5th wheel with this.

Product arrived exactly the day I was informed it would and perfectly packaged with all parts. I installed parts on my truck in about 3.5 hours and they fit exactly how I needed them to fit. Rails worked out perfect with my Reese Pro series 20K hitch
I appreciate the friendliness of staff but when you get your long awaited parts and you are missing ONE (1) single carriage bolt and can’t install the 5th wheel. It’s VERY frustrating. Great product but when the employees on the line can’t get the simple things correct, it makes you wonder. So because it’s Friday and no bolt will get here until next week I am forced to go to (local hardware store) and buy a bolt.

I was pretty frustrated with the etrailer install video for this kit on my truck. I would give 5 stars for the kit, and 3 stars for the etrailer video. My gripe with the video? They must have been installing this kit on a gas truck. My 2019 diesel truck has a DEF tank that is is a PITA and obstructs easy installation. Had etrailer done their video on a diesel truck, there is a simple trick that includes backing the DEF tank mounting nuts off to let the tank drop down just a tiny bit. This makes the install much, much easier.

Clear instructions, simple to fit, no drilling of the chassis needed. Kit was complete with all hardware needed.
I talked with one of your sales representative about the brackets and rails for my new truck and how the product numbers did not match what the maker of the showed on their wed site. The sales representative explained to me that the two stock numbers were indeed were the same hitch brackets and rails that would fit my truck and they did!!
The directions could be a little clearer. Other than that, pretty straight forward install.
My new 2019 F350 did not have the factory fifth wheel prep so to make my Demco hitch work I ordered this custom rail kit and I am very happy with it. Install was easy and painless since the factory frame had hole right where they needed to be for these brackets. It is a robust set of rails and brackets and will meet my towing needs for sure.
This is the 8th time I have installed a rail system on my vehicles. This was the easiest one I have done. I had a hard time finding the correct kit for my 2024 F-250 and when I finally found it I did not realize that it was grey and not the normal black color. I was surprised when I was done that it did not look bad at all against my factory sprayed in bed liner that is black. I did not have to remove the heat shield as everything was easy to get at. I highly recommend this kit.
Installed under a B&W 18k slider. I installed through a drop in bed liner (cut out openings with reciprocating tool). The only advice I have to make install easier is to not have wheel well liners installed, horrible to put in, let alone take out and put back in. The rest of the install was pretty straight forward on a F250. This is my 2nd installation of these rails, I installed on my 2018 F250 as well as my current 2021.
I'm very happy with the product, had the part I needed, the delivery was fast and damage free.
When I placed the order it was my 4th go around trying to get the type of hitch I wanted. I was assured that this would fit my truck. I received an email indicating the same thing along with my question. The voice experience was very assuring and positive. The delivery was right on schedule. The installation took only three hours and works well. All the way from ordering to installation was positive. Would order from this company again.
